ParseProof provides a resume scoring service that analyzes uploaded resume files and returns a structured score and report. By uploading a resume and using this service, you agree to these terms.
You must be 13 years of age or older to use ParseProof. If you are using ParseProof on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have their permission to upload their resume.
The free score includes a total resume score, component breakdown, and issue count. The Full Report ($19, one-time) includes a detailed breakdown of every issue identified, what the parsing software extracted, and specific recommendations written for your resume.
ParseProof scores are deterministic — two identical resumes will always receive identical scores. Our scoring reflects how hiring software infrastructure reads and processes resumes, not a guarantee of any hiring outcome.
ParseProof improves the technical quality and parseability of your resume. We do not guarantee that using ParseProof will result in more interviews, callbacks, job offers, or any other employment outcome. Hiring decisions are made by employers and are influenced by many factors outside the scope of this service.
The Full Report is a one-time payment of $19. There is no subscription. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Because the Full Report is delivered digitally and immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds once the report has been generated and delivered. If you experience a technical issue preventing delivery of your report, contact us at hello@parseproof.com and we will make it right.
You retain ownership of your resume. By uploading it, you grant ParseProof a limited license to process the file for the purpose of generating your score and report. We do not claim any ownership over your resume or its contents.

ParseProof is provided "as is." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any score or report. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ParseProof's liability for any claim arising from use of this service is limited to the amount you paid for that specific transaction.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of ParseProof after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be noted by updating the date at the top of this page.
