When you upload a resume, we receive the file you provide. We extract structured data from it — contact information, employment history, education, and skills — for the purpose of generating your score and report. We do not require an account or email address to use the free score.
If you purchase a Full Report, we collect the information necessary to complete that transaction through our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details.

Resume parsing is performed by a third-party provider (Affinda) operating under its own privacy and data retention policies. Parsed data is used solely to generate your score. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We recommend reviewing their respective privacy policies if you have specific concerns about their data practices.
Uploaded resume files and parsed data are deleted after a limited retention period. Score results associated with a purchase are retained for as long as necessary to provide support and deliver your report.
ParseProof uses minimal analytics to understand how the product is being used — specifically, which pages are visited and how users interact with the upload flow. We do not use advertising trackers or sell behavioral data.
You may request deletion of any data we hold about you by contacting us at hello@parseproof.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
